This footage was filmed in Minneapolis Minnesota in December 2009 during the period of a trial for a felony assault charge. Isaiah “Toothtaker” was acquitted and the case was dismissed by the court for lack of evidence. It was the second case dismissed out of four separate aggravated assault cases.
