Submissions Open for Cooler Than Cucumbers – Salade de Concombres Vol. 2

Submit your music to be included on the upcoming Salade de Concombres Vol. 2 compilation, the follow up to last year’s Vol. 1, which had 34 artists from all over the world. This year, they’re asking artists to do a song inspired by the Vol.2 album cover artwork by Albane, so there are rules that they sent over:

• The submitted song WILL imperatively bear a link with the aforementioned artwork by Albane / DyN (in atmosphere, mood, lyrics, etc) that you can find right here
• Everybody can participate (with as many songs as they want)
• Only 15 songs will be selected as part of the “Salade de Concombres Vol. 2”
• All submissions should be sent to [email protected] before November 30th. After that, we won’t accept any more submissions
• Have fun with it
• Stay cooler than icicles doing bicycle

Now, we would like to add something to this, as we’ve received some songs already that didn’t respect the rules. We’re not looking to release a compilation of songs that already exists or were already released (no matter how good the songs are). It’s not about having songs we like, it’s more about creating songs that fit the artwork, that tell its story.

We hope to get many more submissions and that this new volume will be as successful as the last one.
