Tone Tank ft. Serengeti – “Cop/Boost”

A welcome visual accompaniment to one of my favourite songs on Tone Tank’s One-offs & One-Upmanships LP – one of a fistful of Serengeti features on the album. The video serves as a decoder key to the song as Tone and Serengeti take you through the lives of Lloyd and Lenny – both played by James Woods in the obscure 1988 movies Cop and The Boost. Tone and Serengeti became obsessed with the fims for a solid week while working on music together with producer J. Howells Werthman.
