With A Certain Death, Drummachinemike has created an immersive experience that allows listeners to become submerged within the space between drums. The concept of place and time are eroded by presenting the listener with the feeling of familiarity, yet simultaneously being exposed to something completely alien and unlike anything heard before. Haunting vocals are layered on top of detuned synthetic melodies to create constantly shapeshifting soundscapes.
