“Sunday was the one-year anniversary of Death Doesn’t Want You, the album I made with my friend The Arcitype. To celebrate the birthday of an album about death, I’ve decided to share a song from the vault (it’s an actual vault that I keep mp3s in). It was written around the time I was writing DDWY, so it’s still pretty scummy, but I was single and on drugs, so suck it. The monolith is dead. Long live Esh”.
