this is really strange to imagine how this came about….
actually…it’s not that strange….
murs used to record in the same studio as my old band Toca…
and Toca was signed by a powerful sector of Snoop Dogg’s management/marketing team which was headed by former Onomatopoeia member Slant Eyes aka Ted Chung…
Murs is surrounded by Snoop’s people on the regular…

it’s really not that shocking(as ceschi said)….a couple albums back snoop had a song where he shouts out a grip of la folks……one being 2mex as well as murs where snoop says some shit like “put the little homie on!”
regardless despite the hilarious name “niggarace” of the producer ….that beat is garbage!!!!!!!
but it’s not too shocking…contrary to what some may think..alot of “underground/indie” mc’s are real tight with mainstream mc’s etc…….

Yeah not a shocking combo at all but not a very good song. Murs is so hit and miss.
m’eh. The track is so so as is most “Niggarachi’s” AKA Snoop’s productions. It should be better.
